Processing Time
All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:

• European Union: 5-10 business days
• United States: 10-15 business days
• Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SCHWARZROSE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Digital Products
Digital products such as ebooks are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping applies.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days at schwarzrose.store@gmail.com and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.
